1.  By contacting Natasha Marshalsea Photography by either telephone, email or submission of our web-form, you agree to the following conditions:

a.  Sales calls from ANY company that does NOT already have a connection with, or supplies Natasha Marshalsea Photography with a product or service, will be charged at a rate of £10 per minute.

b. Sales emails from ANY company that does NOT already have a connection with, or supplies Natasha Marshalsea Photography with a product or service, will be charged a £20 admin fee for the first email and £30 per email thereafter. The company will also be reported for spamming to The Information Commisioner's Office and the company's IP address will be reported.

c. Invoices will be sent to the address given by the sales representative. Should the address be incorrect an extra £100 will be added to the invoice, as a fee for finding the correct address. Invoices have to be paid within 30 days or a late fee of £20 per day will be charged and the matter will be taken to the small claims court.

d. Scam emails will be sent to the relevant authorities in the UK and in the country of origin. The domain owner will also be notified of the illegal activity on the account.

Any reproduction, retransmission, or republication of all or part of any document found on this site is expressly prohibited, unless Natasha Marshalsea Photography has expressly granted prior written consent to so reproduce, retransmit, or republish the material. The names, trademarks, service marks and logos of Natasha Marshalsea Photography appearing on this site may not be used in any advertising or publicity, or otherwise to indicate Natasha Marshalsea Photography’s sponsorship of or affiliation with any product or service, without Natasha Marshalsea Photography’s prior express written permission.
